24 June 10:00-11:00 CEST

One of the key challenges for sustainable urban food systems is to shorten the food supply chain by connecting food producers directly to consumers locally or regionally.

Welcome to join an interactive webinar to learn about key findings from the SURFIT project on scaling Sustainable Food Networks (SFNs). In this webinar, you can learn about different types of scaling - up, out, deep and through - as well as design principles for SFNs and the mechanisms that underpin scaling. You can also learn about specific examples and experiences from cities.

The SURFIT (Scaling Urban Regenerative Food Systems In Transition) project is funded by DUT/JPI Urban Europe. It brings together Maastricht University (lead), University of Trento, Jagiellonian University, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and WWF Sweden.
